Rented here for my military deployment specifically because it was a lower cost advertised. (The driving areas are cramped and the location isn't tuat convenient) The half off introductory rate is not what I'm referring to. While overseas, my normal rate doubled and then tripled, in six months. I get they can do that legally, but they made no efforts to negotiate when I complained by email about being overseas active military and therefore unable to move my property. When I got back and emptied my unit, I let the attending employee know I was dissatisfied, and she replied that I could have negotiated. I told her that my email contacts were ignored, aside from the ones where I had to show them renewed insurance policies.
