A bit run down
Rusted chain and fencing. Gate and units pretty run down as well. I would not feel safe bringing stuff on my own since a guy tried to use the key pad and it didn't work. I waited for him to enter multiple times then he backed up, motioned me over and over to exit. As soon as I was through, he raced through the gate

3/14/26-I just moved my stuff in to a storage unit at this location. I chose this location because of it's location. In addition, it was the best priced place to of the several I called, and, the promotional discount made it an even sweeter deal. I also liked the sizes they offered. I only needed a small unit and this 5' X 10' was perfect. I found this company online and reserved it within minutes. Just a bit later, I was contacted via text messaging by a representative who guided me through the process of paying for it with my debit card and followed up with me to provide with the Gate Code and Unit #. There was only a small issue with the GPS location. It took me to the correct block but a couple of driveways past the business. Nothing that turning around couldn't fix. American Armor Storage is conveniently located right between Bristol and Blountville in the Cross Community neighborhood. Thanks for making my moving experience a lot less stressful American Armor!!!
Andrew JonasI had a camper parked there for 7-8 years when I needed it to be stored during the offseason or just needed it out of the way, and never was anything missing, messed with, or damaged. Travis always was courteous and even gave me a call whenever my card had expired and I forgot to update him. I always appreciated that he didn’t make a big deal out of it and just laughed because it was an honest mistake. I only gave up my spot because we moved an hour away, but would highly recommend rocky top storage.
mgceagle1Travis runs a great service for storage facilities. I had an RV stored for about a year with no problems and a storage room as well. Took my payments out automatically with no problems. I would store there again!!!!
