Thanks for the survey. I recently visited the Public Storage I'm Sumter on Broad Street and Kiera was super friendly and came out and helped me get all my stuff for my move. She's awesome. Today, I had to come back in to get some more supplies and I felt bad for her bc the air conditioner was broken and she had touched it out all day long. Fix her air conditioning...she deserves it! Great service, nice convenient location
I needed a storage unit that would be more affordable than what I was using. I was so thankful Public Storage had the space. What was amazing was the attendant Gloria did everything to make it easy and the with the most savings she could find. I would definitely recommend them.
The customer service went above and beyond with helping me set up my unit and how to get in. The quality of the unit was fantastic with enough room to drive through the buildings. I am very happy with the assistance I received.
