First it was difficult to find where the storage containers were located. Eventually after speaking to customer service, they were able to give me direction of where it was located in the back.

Had to find another storage facility because somone parked in the spot I had been paying for 2 months at the Anderson facility. Paid to have a spot when I needed it after the season and they had already let somone else use it after paying almost 500.00. No refund was offered or reasonable effort to clear the spot so I could park my camper. Would give 0 stars if available. Renters be warned!
