Easy, clean, wonderful staff
Jeanette is awesome. She was very thorough, helpful and professional. The facility is just as expected and I am pleased to be here.

Everything went like clockwork. The unit was easy to access and I started moving in immediately. The only surprise was that my one month free was delayed to august due to the fact that many people were taking the one month free upfront and then leaving. I totally understand why the company has to protect themselves from this so I had. O problem with the policy.

Lori was very helpful getting us a unit at the end of the work day on a Saturday. The unit we rented was very sizable for the price. The facilities were immaculate, and the setup made the loading process relatively easy. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Angela BrumblesAfter renting a unit for 10+ years we discovered rodents had been living amongst our boxed medical documents. Feces everywhere, urine soaked shelves and paperwork destroyed! We were told "What did you expect? Its a warehouse". This response came from both management and the corporate office. Well, what we expected was that our $170/month in a climate controlled storage facility would give us peace of mind and safety for our very important documents. The max payout on insurance was $500, thanks a lot. We spent thousands on new shelving, 300+ banker boxes, a moving truck, professional movers, etc. They were unkind and completely unapologetic about the whole thing, Blamed it on a rat but as you can clearly see in the pictures the foot prints are HUGE. They claimed to have no idea that the rodents were in there even though the entire 4th floor REEKS!! Basically, just do not rent here. Horrible horrible place.
Phil McDanielI love the facility except for two things. One of the elevators has been down for quite a while. The biggest complaint I have is the amount of times I have to put my code in. They should go to a card reader system. I have to put in a 10 digit code to enter, put in s as 10 digit codes to get on the elevator. That’s every time you make a trip. It’s a bad system. In fact the reader on the back door doesn’t even display correctly. For the amount of money collected things should be better. This said. The staff is great and friendly
Todd AdamsI've been renting for years but the hours of access suck. 7pm cutoff for access is alot of stress... maybe extend it to 10pm. Ive also seen signs of bug and rodent infestation on occasion. (Droppings, etc.) Furthermore, they updated the keypad that displays gibberish but it works as long as you don't accidentally hit the wrong keystroke. This has been for months. Just fix it already for what we pay. The rates seen to increase often. With what I've just mentioned, I don't understand where the extra money goes.
Rodney MartinThe code system to get into the outside door and then into the elevator is complicated and unnecessary. The light is out in my storage unit, and they expect me to replace it. (12ft ceiling) Last their prices keep going up, and you can't use their dumpster. Only thing positive is the location
