I received a call from Lindsay within five minutes of making the reservation which was surprising. sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been extremely helpful prompt and efficient. She seemed to answer my questions before I had a chance to even ask, I was impressed as far as the customer service price is fair thinking about adding another unit. Overall pleased. The only thing we did not receive that was a necessary part of moving in was the code to the door (climate controlled hall). However, I called customer service and had the code within 20 minutes. Overall, easy process with pleasant and helpful customer service. Very clean facilities.
