Very simple transaction, great customer service
rented online, showed up with code, easily got in the storage room and a lock was waiting on me. Very efficient!
Property was clean and well maintained. I Was storing items at another location (and with another company) on HH price kept creeping up and unit was above another lower unit called a locker, not to mention a swing outdoor vs rollup that you needed a ladder to access what a pain... Awful to access. This unit is larger walk in and conventional roll up door. Glad we made the switch.

Facility is clean. The elevator worked well. I was able to access my storage unit anytime. Overall, I am very happy with the experience.
