This was a very professionally-operating storage facility. Courteous, informative, & efficient, both associates took pride in their work as exhibited in the exceptional customer service they offered each of their customers. There was not one piece of garbage on the premises & all three times I visited the site, carts were readily available. Clearly, the clientele appreciates the tidy storage unit & reciprocates by responsibly doing their part in keeping the area free of garbage both inside & outside the building. I live out of town & have full assurance my belongings are in a safe, secure storage unit: this is my expression of appreciation to both the male & female associate, who were so helpful, going above & beyond their assigned roles!

I worked with Bill and Sara and I can’t say enough wonderful words about these two people at CubeSmart! They were absolutely amazing! I had ordered a unit online and when I got there they carefully explained that the unit was actually two small units combined that had two entrances. Since I am using the unit to store large furniture - this wouldn’t work. They searched and found another unit that would for me and let me look at both units to make an informed decision. They were amazing to work with. The space itself is perfect, well lit and secure - something that, as a woman, is very important to me. I can’t recommend this place enough. If management at CubeSmart is reading this review - these two employees are absolutely stellar - and this comes from an organizational psychologist that works with large corporations on employee development and advancement. I highly recommend CubeSmart and especially the one on Wade Hampton in Greenville, South Carolina!
Amy ShaulisBill was incredibly friendly and helpful in every step of the process, giving great advice and recommendations. We weren't completely sure what we wanted and he patiently went through all the options and showed us various units. When we came back the next day to reserve a unit, he helped us through the whole process of signing documents, answering more questions, showing us all the security pieces from locking the unit to getting back inside the building from the outside and finding our floor. Bill was very personable and made us feel at ease with our choice and made it clear that if we had any issues, he would be there to resolve them. I highly recommend this company and try to speak with Bill when you go to rent your unit! He's experienced and has answers to just about everything!

Ash PI used Cube Smart for storage needs during a move and it was so easy! Bill made the signup very fast. He ran me through the rules and how to gain access, etc. I felt very safe going there when the building first opened at 6am. The building and unit was spotless, too. Highly recommend!
