Great experience overall
Easy online and in app rental. Access is easy and since it was raining it was nice not getting out to open gates. Space was spotless and easy to access! I did have a question on my space on the weekend and was able to get a call back with an answer very promptly

We were very impressed with the Pine Needles Public Storage. (Props to Kay for helping us at the 2nd Loop location!) Clean and safe storage spaces of all sizes that will accommodate all your storage needs. Wanted to thank Taneya for her help getting us signed up on Tuesday. She was helpful and patient as we bumbled our way through the gate, app and lock (lol). User Error! All of the things mentioned were easy - we were just strugglin' that day!
