I had been to several locations and stopped in the Bookman, Road location. Greeted with a smile by Anika. She first of all very welcoming and answered all my questions. She made sure she suggested the right storage unit for what my needs where. She made me feel comfortable with choosing this locations. Just wanted to take time say Thank you for All you do! F hitominI was about to leave a bad review because of who talk with on the phone yesterday. He is really pushy and made us pay for first even we want to see the unit first. When we check on the unit last night after made a payment, it’s not what we asked. We needed to deal with a lots of things this morning such as rescheduling moving or call customer service. However Gloria was taking care of very well. After that we feel much better. She set up my appointments immediately and meet me at the property then show me the unit. Thank you so much. I think it’s good as a facility. Clean and easy to use with app. Just don’t make a payment with phone unless you are comfortable. You can make an appointment and see the unit first. Thank you so much Gloria! I want to give you 5 ⭐️+++
