I already have a unit at another facility of yours. I say that to make an apple to apple comparison. None of what I describe below happened with my other unit I have with you folks. I found your rate online for parking my RV. I “reserved” online and when I arrived I was told I was “lucky” there was a parking spot since it was first come first serve. When I registered it was $15 more and that rate online and is for three months and then it doubles. Don’t do that. Honor the online reservation, honor the online price and list your rate with an * letting people know it is introductory with the long term rate as well. Took a SUPERB intake and left me feeling a bit taken advantage of and annoyed at the “first come first serve thing”.
I have stored my RV at this facility before and had no problems at all. Safe, good location, friendly staff. Also, the price stayed the same. I decided to store my RV here again, and I am very irritated at the new bait-and-switch pricing. When I reserved online, the stated rate was $53 a month. When I moved my RV in and officially did all the paperwork at the office, I was informed that my rate of $53 a month would be for 3 months, then it can double randomly. That is not a good business practice. If they did not do this sketchy bait and switch pricing, this place would have 5 stars.
