Gated facility and good prices
Assistant manager was not appealing at all. She did not sell the property or any amenities or give any feedback at all. The entire renting process was not good. Was sold on the price and the gated units

Fantastic service here, cannot recommend enough! Lukas is a G, straight up no cap! Would rate him 6 out of 7 on a perfect manager score, if only cause no one is perfect but he is close! Store Extra defiantly has some excellent staff.

He was able to show me 2 different units and help me decide which would work better for what I was looking for. He was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions. Ethan StoneWhen I tell yall the man in here SAVED my LIFE. See my wife’s been getting real mad at me, I have this old baseball card collection I’m not really feeling like getting rid of. My dad helped me get most of these cards, but he had passed a few years ago. So it was kind of a struggle keepin these cards anywhere but in my house. I was looking around for good deals on some storage places that wouldn’t kill the cards, and I found this place. So I scheduled a day to walk in and talk to whomever worked there. I wanted to know more about everything. Then I met this big tall fella (sorry I don’t remember his name, looks kinda like a giant though.) I go in and I explain the deal with the wife and the cards. I guess I started to tear up a little bit but he stayed calm and helpful. He listened to my full story, and explained every question I had. Then he helped me with a price plan on top of it. The man n this store is beyond a saint. He saved both my marriage and my cards. If you’re reading this man, god bless you.
