I vacation in Charleston/Folly at least twice a year and have several bulky items I've been bringing back and forth. Decided to keep them there. For the value it's worth it.
I received a notice recently that rates were being raised, which usually happens with everything. My dissatisfaction is due to the rate hike being a 32% hike. Too extreme. Cost of living adjustments aren't in line with that kind of a rate hike.
Dani was exceptional. She answered all my questions and even gave me her personal cell number in case any problems developed during my move in. Outside of some items in the climate controlled lobby entrance the place was well kept/clean.
