I have delt with Kayla on multiple occasions and each and every time she has been AMAZING!! I recently went in to get a new set of keys and the process was quick fast and easy and she even cut my lock right then and there after I signed for the lock cut. She's so sweet and helpful and always the same person when you go into the office. Thank You Kaaayyyllaaaaaa

I had a unit at this facility and the people were very friendly and extremely professional and helpful! I have one word of caution that has nothing to do with Extra Space Storage at all* (well, not entirely true, memorize the name Kayla, I'll get back to that sweet girl in a sec). I had hired a moving company that hired United Van Lines to cargo my goods here. The driver called 6 hours in advance on a Sunday and said he was dubious about getting his 18 wheeler into the facility. I was dumbstruck! I had seen them in there before and looked at satellite images and figured out how to do it, but the driver refused to even try because it would add 6 miles to his route and perhaps 15 minutes tops to his schedule. Instead he wanted to try backing in in such a manner that nearly jacknifed his truck into a shallow ditch then said the best he could do was go up the side street, turn the truck around, carry a lot of extremely heavy totes strapped to dollys down a water logged grassy slope and heavy furniture as well all in a s light drizzle all for a small fortune I didn't have. Knowing I couldn't handle the delivery alone in the dark in the rain from where he was going to drop it all off outside of my climate controlled facility; all the while, knowing drivers back 18 wheelers into this facility all the time, I called a safety stop. I took a lot of flack from United Van Lines and my moving company and been held responsible for a "reduced" extremely expensive redelivery fee, still I was not willing to risk a repeat incident and moved my storage unit to the new Extra Space Unit in Hardeeville. If you are utilizing a mover who says they need a access for a tractor trailer ask them who their contractor is. If it is United Van Van Lines, get a DIFFERENT mover, KEEP Extra Space Storage, these people are the best! Remember Kayla, the sweetheart whose name I asked you to memorize? I doubt I can publicly announce what she did, but after listening to my tale of woe, she too was dumbstruck and let me out of my month to month contract. Kayla is living proof that there are angels walking among us!
