Outstanding customer service
I had to move my stuff from another storage facility due to a break in and then also my unit was flooded. I lost a lot of my stuff but what I was able to salvage I had to move. I called this facility and rented a unit on the phone. They actually text me multiple units to look at once I arrived bc I was in a uhaul truck and they were not sure which units I would be able to access in the truck. They were super nice and accommodating which I really appreciated due to what I was going thru at the other facility. Also, when I arrived, the difference in this facility and the one I was currently using was the walls of each unit were metal. The walls at the facility where my stuff was stolen were sheetrock allowing an easy break in from unit to unit. Storage facility is completely fenced with punch pad code access. There is a dollar general across the street which makes everything better...lol...

April ShannonHorrible!!! Do not put your things here! I have left a message for them to call me or email me. It takes him three days to get back in contact. I have been locked out when I was paid up and last week someone has gotten to the gate cut off my lawn and replace it with theirs and when I’m calling the company they tell me I have permission to cut it off and put a new lock on it so I did that within they come out here and cut my lock off again I’m gonna combination lock and lock me out of the facility. Now I’m trying to move out so I can sue them and they had me locked out of the gate.
