Service was great from start to finish. Lex the assistant manager was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made everything feel simple. I had a lot of questions going in and he took the time to walk me through everything without rushing me. He explained things clearly, made sure I understood my options, and helped me feel confident in my decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just getting them in and out. I left feeling good about everything. Overall, really smooth and positive experience.

Eric BehrI rarely leave reviews, but Chastity Robillard went way beyond what I expected when I came into Compass Storage this afternoon. She had called and explained that there had been a leak in the facility and could I come over and look at the item in my storage unit. This was second leak in three years and I was not happy. Chastity was absolutely wonderful, and handled the problem Quickly and professionally. When I inquired if there was a smaller space from my piece of furniture, she quickly found one for me, and I left with a substantial monthly savings. Couldn’t be happier with her professional attitude.
ShaniHad no issues at first. I needed a unit fast and getting one was very quick and easy. Staff was great. My belongings have been in a unit for about 3 months. No issues. I went today to get some things and saw roaches & other bugs in my belongings. Truly disgusting. I am moving into a new apartment and terrified to bring anything because of the roaches. I told staff and he seemed super nonchalant and just gave me steps on how to close my unit. Didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend.
