On 2/12/26, I believe it was Andy that assisted me in viewing a unit I reserved online and helped me through the payment process - and explained in detail what to expect. He was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. In comparison to other CubeSmart storage facilities I’ve viewed before renting, I felt I could trust this location based on the interaction I had with Andy. The store was neat and tidy but I have to emphasize the customer service provided to me is why I am leaving a review. An easy to use, clean storage use is the general expectation, but the 5 star review is because of the character of the gentleman that helped me today. It is exceedingly rare these days to have these experiences and I hope CubeSmart recognizes his hard work and integrity.

I walked in to the office looking to find a storage unit , Indy at the front desk greeted me.He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process and made it very easy for me to rent the unit.we went out to take a look to make sure it would be big enough to store my stuff Indy was very help he even helped me download the app to get in and out of the gate . They have a repeat customer for life .

The staff was very helpful and very transparent about everything. No up-selling, no bs, no tricks, very friendly. The place is nice and secure with fenced in area with barb wire, locked units, severance, and even a secured gate. Would recommend
