Beware!! Do not store your belongings at this facility unless you want your stuff to get ruined by water damage. I went to my unit to get holiday decor and rain water was coming in the unit. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from bc the light in my unit was out and Kathy told me she’s not responsible to change the light bulbs even though they’re not even at a reachable level to change yourself! When I went to get my storage unit on a Saturday Kathy was outside smoking and told me they don’t do it that day to come back the next day which was Mother’s Day smfh. I then went back the next day and got my unit and was pressured by Kathy to leave a good review! Worse public storage around

mice! mice! mice! mice! we got the storage unit for about three months. before hand, I had washed and packed all of my clothes, dishes, towels, pillows, keepsakes, etc. We got back and every single box had been ripped into, mouse poop everywhere. I mean everywhere. I mean, small black turds coating the bottom of every single box in the unit. All of my clothes, crochet projects i’ve been working on for years, leather, wool. I’m writing this review from the laundromat i’m spending over $40 to wash and dry. some of it is just ruined. on top of this, one of the nightstands we carried in our car 20 miles to our new apartment and into our kitchen, had a literal live mouse from the storage unit in the drawer when I opened it. they had put in one or two poison traps in the unit, and i am now opening every box with fear i’ll find months old, dead, poisoned mice in them. I am flabbergasted that every review I see here is five stars. Maybe it’s just that the unit was cheaper, maybe $50 a month. I have rarely seen anyone there. the bathrooms are never available. it’s a bunch of buildings in a field full of mice. my advice is to go elsewhere, or only store stuff you don’t care about, or invest in only plastic locked bins. i only had two of those but the stuff inside them was saved, albeit clearly peed all over by desperate mice. and be prepped to scrub, lysol, and disinfect all furniture/tables/chairs you leave.
