Kim at the front desk is amazing. Very thorough and thoughtful about renting and how it works. She also, keeps the place clean and organized. Very helpful with calling and letting us know when the elevator would be operational after it being down one day. Great employee and I pray and hope she receives the due honor for her work and efforts!!!

I'm very happy with my recent experience at this storage facility. I wanted to downsize my storage unit, but I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed. Kim and Bill were very helpful and professional. Kim asked me several questions to determine my needs and then made some very helpful suggestions, including an option I didn't know existed. I thought I was going to have to move to another location to get what I needed at a fair price, but Kim's suggestions made it possible for me to stay at this location, but in a different unit. She even took the time to find an empty unit that was conveniently located around the corner from my existing unit to make moving items much easier.

Your representative Aden is a great person , she went over and above to make sure my things were in the storage. She even stayed till we were finished. I would recommend anyone to put their storage there🙏😇

I’ve been renting a unit here for about a year, always paying on time and following all policies. During that time, my monthly rate increased drastically and I was never properly notified of these changes. Finding out through my bill instead of receiving advance written notice is frustrating and feels very unprofessional. Price increases may happen, but customers deserve transparency and clear communication before being charged more. I’ve tried to reached out to management for an explanation and resolution and of course it is impossible to get into contact with anyone in the office. Until this is addressed, I would advise potential customers to carefully review their agreements and monitor their billing closely.

My experience was great !!! Moving is very stressful for me. Once I arrived @ public storage Kim Bill did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly. They even gave me a small tour so I’d know where I was going. I got locked out, they proceeded to assist me by looking for my entry code. I give them an A+. They made my ordeal a lot easier and stress free !!! Thank you again Kim n Bill !!! Merry Christmas !!
