Customer service is very helpful!
I have never used a storage facility before, but I have been to several. However, I have never been to one as clean and well organized, and customer focused as this one. First, I was able to complete the paperwork online. All I had to do was show up with my stuff. I was directed by the friendly staff on where to go and what to do. The topper was that the Lock and instructions where waiting for me in a nice little gift bag inside my locker.
