Good value for the price
Facility easily accessible and clean. The price is reasonable as well. The only negatives were the temp tag they place on unit that you have to remove and they don't disclose that you must have insurance, either your own, or purchase through them. The tag was very difficult for me to remove as it was wire. I am disabled and have zero grip strength in my hands. Had I known, I would have brought a tool to remove it. I had to keep twisting it to break the wire in order to open the unit.
I like the storage facility because it is large and has 24hrs access.
The storage also has a fair price.

I have had such a great experience with 24/7 storage. Great units, great communication and excellent customer services. They truly go out of there way to help customers! I can not say enough about how positive my experience has been! Highly recommend!
NicholasI contacted the service number and sounded like it was routed to foreign call center. I requested to simply tour and view the property to see what their unit looked like and security of the compound. The representative informed me in order to accommodate that request. I would first have to photograph my Driver License? I was just asking to come look at the location. Simply having an employee there would suffice. But, they said everyone must photograph their Driver License and text it to them. The entire conversation raised red flags on Identity Theft. Second glance at these Google reviews raised more red flags as who gave them 5 stars verse those rating lower. This location screams STAY AWAY.

Alina CorvinThis facility has completely changed for the better since new ownership. Units are easy to rent and access. I noticed new LED lighting, surveillance, secure gate, and technology. We can pay online or call the number for help too! (The call center is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable) Quite impressed.
Jos NawakGate malfunctions all the time. No one around to enforce the safety and hold people that throw garbage all over the place accountable. A couple of years ago they were mice/rats all over the place. Although I had rat poison in my unit, the infestation was so bad, they would eleat all the poison in days after placing AND still managed destroyed hundreds of dollars of my stored summer clothes. Whe reported they gave two rats....
