Easy move in process & great customer service
Very clean
It should have the gates more clearly marked as to what buildings are in each area. We went to two incorrect areas before we saw there was an area across the street. Very frustrating and time consuming. Also renting on line would not allow us to decline the facility insurance option. Our homeowners policy provides coverage.

I wanted a smaller unit in the same building. I reached out in late summer and was called in early December for a smaller unit right across from the one I have. Everyone was so helpful holding it and getting it sorted out when I returned from Florida. It was set up to carryover my payment from the larger to the smaller and also to get me the new renter month off. Great service for sure. Oh and it was all plowed out the day after a significant snow.

I really appreciate the 24 hour access. The tike restrictions if other places was always a struggle or challenge for us.

Staff was friendly and professional, the facility was in great shape, the unit was exactly as described, and the snow removal was excellent. Best yet, the prices were CHEAPER than the run down unit I was only in for a week. Photos are of TMC and where I just moved out of, what an upgrade!
