Alexander DerricoEveryone's experience is different i will start off but I will put mine out there. I was bidding on a unit here and with 30 mins left it got bumped back to 6 days without notification (just logged in and checked) I called Storage Auctions, and they said they tried to discourage Dove Storage from doing so because bad for business but did it anyway. I was told there was an outage but if there was an outage all 5 units would be pushed back, this was not the case. 5 days later the Auction got canceled because i assume the tenant paid up (which happens) but how this went down is why i am writing this. I just called Dove Storage and asked to speak to a supervisor to put a complaint on file and the Lady on the phone who was (nice) kept deflecting and i can tell the Supervisor did not want to answer the phone bc she kept saying he is busy or some other lame excuse. Finally got her to say i will get a call back but i would not hold my breathe. Long story short just a shady experience and prob will not buy here in the future.
