Very clean and well laid out storage units. This was our first time renting storage and I was blown away by their incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Sean went above and beyond to help me and my daughter through the whole process and got us quickly signed in even though he was technically on his break. I highly recommend this place!

I should have read/believed the reviews about bait and switch below. The website lists a crossed-out price and a discount price. The implication is you get 1 or 2 months at the discount price and then it goes to the crossed-out standard rate. It is deceiving and straight up fraudulent. After 4 months they raised our raise the price 50% above the listed "standard" price and then raised it again after 6 months to double the listed standard price. At that point we closed our account and filed complaints. Other facilities in the city at least list the honest price even though they seem higher. All that said, the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. None of this is meant to reflect negatively on the people that work there.

I’ve always had a good experience at securespace but today was different, Sean was very friendly and went out of his way to assist me and assure I was fine before leaving. He wouldn’t take a tip but he said a review was good and to pay it forward! Thanks for showing me it’s still good people out here buddy👍
