Denise was wonderful, walked me to my storage space, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions! The facility is very clean, and I love that it’s indoor, there’s security cameras, and that there’s staff available to help if needed.

my biggest impression was Denise. She was so helpful and funny. We laughed thru most of the process. I used to work in the building when it was Macys. so she showed us around. Security is top notch.
I'm pleasantly surprised
I am a self confessed hoarder. I finally pushed myself to organize just about everything in my house. I searched all around my area for something with easy access and of course fair rates. This was by far more than I expected. Rates are at least a third of what others were charging. Very easy accessible from the highway as well as extremely easy to enter/exit the building. I do feel there are plenty of security precautions put in place. I feel confident my items will be protected from any outside influences. The building is SUPER CLEAN!! Everything upon check-in was explained by the staff. I was shown my unit before any forms were signed which made me feel I made the right decision.

While the facility is clean, I had antique furniture stored since 2022 and went to move an antique piano out two days ago, everything is covered in mold. Worker I spoke to both days said it’s hot in there in the summer and cold in winter and they had to buy dehumidifiers because of humidity issues. This is NOT what I paid $7,158.39 in storage fees for. This place is NOT climate controlled. I just removed the rest of the antiques today, 11/20/25, even though I’m paid up until 12/3/25. I asked about a refund of the days I’m still paid up to and was told they do not do that.
sally saulnierIf I could give establishment zero stars I would. I purchased a unit that cost me 160$ a month with insurance coverage. I had the unit from January 25-January 26 roughly one year. Upon moving into a new place I noticed all of my belongings touching the floor had extensive mold growing. I submitted a claim and nothing was covered I highly recommend against using this facility.

She explained to me all about the facility and how/when to access my unit I am renting. The security there is great too. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to store any of your belongings.

I showed up in person instead of the online rental and once I was signed up Michelle made sure I had the app and how to open the doors. I appreciate the extra customer service.
Patricia VaselovicI already had a unit but needed a larger one. The girls quickly found one very close to my previous unit so transferring the contents to the larger unit was done in no time. The premises is always clean, they provide dollies to help you move your belongings and entering and exiting is easy.
