Great Customer Service
We needed a last minute storage unit and they were tremendous and their efforts. Not only did we end up with one unit we got two units. Very accommodating. Great customer service. They were just fantastic to work with.

We called the online number and thought we had reserved a unit. When we got on site and called the local number, they were so helpful - the online reservation site didn't have access to currently available units. They directed us to their second property around the corner, met us there, got us signed up with exactly what we were looking for!

I have never written a bad review before, but I feel that my experience with Bob and Betsy at Shenango Mini Storage was so unbelievable that I need to warn people about their totally unprofessional behavior. We had reserved a 14x15 unit and were going to pay the first three months in advance. The area was hit with an ice/snow storm on the day of our scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork and make the payment. Bob wanted to close early for the day, so he called and rescheduled for the following day and said we could come in between 9-2 p.m. I received a call from them at 11:20 wondering where we were. They had decided to close at noon instead. We weren't able to get there before 1:00 so they said they agreed to wait. The bus was having issues due to the snow so when we learned that we'd be delayed by 10 minutes we called to let them know. They told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me. The move was scheduled for the following day, so I spent several stress-filled hours trying to find a new location. These individuals are heartless and unprofessional. I do not recommend their services at all!

Dasjah AndersonI love when I wake up early in the morning to supposedly get a call back from the owners wife about a 10 x 10 storage unit that ME and MY FRIEND called and they said they had both a 5 x 10 and a 10 x 10 unit just to tell me the next day they don't have anymore great place full of a bunch of old unprofessional miserable people.
