I spoke with Omar. Very polite , listened to my needs.Scott called me, verified my needs/options. Met with Scott, show different units. Went to his office to sign papers. Scott was very polite, caring and listened to my story/life! God is blessed with people like Scott. He is blessed with his wife and adopted children (giving them Love, attention, and a second chance to know what life and family really are). I would recommend the storage units to other people. The owner was very helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions without me feeling as though I was inconveniencing him. After doing a lot of research on pricing for different places in the area, his price cannot be beat. It was a brand new, clean facility that I moved my stuff into. Great Price. The units are well maintained and managed, and Scott is super responsive and friendly whenever we have any questions. The one downside at the Harvest Road location is the lack of water or dump station, but we can always go to their other location to use the services there. Highly recommend!
