Recently rented an indoor unit at this facility and it was a wonderful experience. The GM on site was very pleasant and a joy to speak with. She got me set up with my code and directions to my unit. The unit was very clean when I first opened it up. I feel very confident storing items here.

Secure parking for tractor with exceptional customer service
I was able to secure parking for my tractor at Cube Smart. Sue, the general manager on site, was absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional customer service and is so pleasant to work with. She even stayed a little bit after closing to make sure my driver got to the location safely. The location is well secured with keypad access code entry, proper lighting, and cameras. We are confident in our decision to use Cube Smart and highly recommend to others.

Recently had a last minute need for a change of unit, Toni was very quick, understanding and helpful throughout the whole stressful process. Toni took her time explaining the process, pricing and everything thoroughly so I could make a comfortable yet Effective transition, she had no problems answering the many questions I had and was very sweet About it. The office was very clean and the service was great, staff were very friendly, definitely looking forward to coming back.

Not only did she help me by providing me with a card to keep in my new wallet with my information, she even told me about the fact that I could open the gate using their app instead. I had no idea! The staff here if always kind and helpful. The rent continuously going up is the only damper on my experience.
