Very polite and accommodating. I had one small problem while I was there but it was quickly remedied and they even knocked a little off that months cost. If you want something, ask. They were very willing to help and offer services.

TempestThe carts are so loud you literally need heating protection just to push them. The code I was given when I signed up didn’t work. Had to waste time talking to emergency line because no one was in office to sort it out. There are inclines at the entrances that make moving things in and out on the carts more difficult than it has to be. The doors are very annoying given how narrow the passages are while moving a large cart - takes tactics to do right, shouldn’t have to. Very very narrow pathways. Expensive given how annoying it is trying to get in and out and dealing with unbelievably loud carts.

michael PryIt meets our basic storage needs. However, we were dropping stuff off one evening and when we went to grab the courtesy floor dolly there was a group of people in there in their unit... and there was an odor of them smoking something. I know it's impossible to have it staffed constantly, but my wife felt uncomfortable and I will not be having her go there without me.
