It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, but Tom and Matt go above and beyond. They explained everything to me and it was such a great deal that I couldn’t resist, especially with the free moving truck. So I went home and decided on a day that I needed everything and made a reservation online. Matt called me to confirm and set up a time for me to finalize everything. Matt also ensured me that he would clear the snow and ice from in front of the unit before I arrived. He did not disappoint!! My unit was ready, clean and easily accessible.
