Mouse infestation and not very helpful from the management. they contacted me onlyto delay me from posting a Review but they won’t do anything for you. Very bad management of company would not recommend using them ever disgusting but I had to deal with no help from them whatsoever. Chewed so many of my items, Flags, duffel bags, etc. I should’ve took more photos. Beware of this company

It was reasonable prices, available lots, (when I needed one in a pinch) and there was always Customer Service when I Needed to Fix Something or needed to talk with someonel bout my unit... So for that I Am Very Greatful & Thankful for the workers at Lock and Load Storage!!

She answered every question and was key in giving specific logistics to where the unit is located even tho she wasn’t familiar with the area. She took her time and was extremely patient with us. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My only complaint was that I told the nice lady that I needed 24 hr access and didn’t receive that even though I was fairly certain I had paid for it and everything. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal except I had helpers from nearly 2 hours away and they were only able to help me move at that time/day. So it was a disappointment to be turned away with a large load of belongings to store. I desperately needed the help and couldn’t use it even though the chance was right there. They were disappointed as well for wasting their gas/ time. Otherwise this is a good establishment, just be knowledgeable of the hours of operation and the monthly 24 hr access fee…
