Our unit was available the same day we went to the office. Very helpful customer service. Facility is very clean. Pleased with the size of our unit. Also, location is very close to our home
SECURITY IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
I was very impressed by the customer service, however, I am very disappointed that for over a week the security gate has not worked. This is telling me that you do not seem to care about the security of your tenant's belongings. I am actually sorry I went with your facility - that being said has nothing to do with the extreme courtesy of the attendant. I am a single older woman going in alone and did not feel safe at all.

Anthony at Hatfield’s Extra Space location has been phenomenal to work with. I had some challenges with my original unit and he was so helpful, and understanding. He works hard to be fair with customers and empathetic with everything I had going on. He made the whole experience so much easier.
