Trash piles accumulating for now going on over a month now covering people’s units. No paper towels or toilet tissue in the public restroom for weeks at a time… have to bring your own. Constantly raising prices and office staff is barely ever available. Going down hill fast…. Very disappointed. I have been attempting to call several times to the office and to get this resolved to no avail.

I feel understood and even though I thought I was being annoying, the staff member was very sweet and patient. She was also the only one there, at the time, and was able to handle several customers with ease! She knew what she was doing and was consistent in her approach and attitude with every customer.
