Great customer service
It would have been nice to know and have the paperwork emailed before going to the facility. There is nothing in the email that indicated this must be done prior to the move-in date. However, the girl was extremely helpful. We did it over the phone and I was able to sign the paperwork and get in..

Its clear this company is organized and to be able to make this transfer without a rep on-site and have no issues with doing so was great!
