I really like KO Storage! It’s a very nice and clean place. Getting a unit was easy and professional, and they were very understanding throughout the process. The whole experience was simple and stress-free. I also love that it’s open 24 hours, so you can access your unit anytime you need to. I highly recommend KO Storage!

I have been a tenant here since 2012. I had a roof leak over my unit in 2016 which ruined all my upholstered furniture. The insurance on my contents covered the loss. All units are drive up and the security is standard. However, after 3 ownership changes my rate has tripled. The current owner is offering the same size unit for $60 less than what I am currently paying. They will not lower my rent unless I move out of my current unit into another unit at the same location. How stupid is this? If I move my belongings adter 10 years I will be moving out completely and definitely will in the near future. If you are a long term tenant here, kindly check the current prices. You may be getting ripped off as well.

Jodi and the rest of the staff are always super pleasant and can answer any question you throw at them. The check-in process takes about 5 to 10 minutes and then you immediately get access which is pretty cool! So yes, after you get kicked out of your spouse's house over a midnight argument, please rest assured that you can move in immediately. 24/7! Safe and secure locations! Extremely affordable!

So far have had no bad experiences with the company. Reservation and move in process was super easy, everything pre-move in was done online/through email. They provided a lock ($15), and in general has been very convenient and reasonably priced. The unit was clean when we first arrived. Management and staff is friendly and responds quickly to emails. All units look easily accessible and of good quality. We will see how things hold up after a few months of storage.
