So far the experience has been nothing short of quick, easy, convenient, and helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful and the units are in good condition and it helps makes people feel safe.
Rich was super helpful. He assured me the property was secure after the unit keys were lost in the mail. When I got to the unit he helped me carry a bulky item into my car. He re-secured the unit with new keys and a entry code in case lost keys and security code to unit had ended up in the wrong hands when lost.
