Shannon LeeI rented a storage space and paid $260. I was charged the admin fee, twice, on top of the rental space amount. I canceled my purchase less than 2 days later, without ever accessing it or going there. I requested a refund. At first I was told no. Then I was given $99 of my $260 back. This is absolutely unacceptable. I continue to call and receive a voicemail. I have emailed repeatedly. This is a slimy way to do business. It is lacking in integrity. I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. Doing this to someone in the middle of a move is the last thing they need. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Manager rude, dismissive. . If you want your stuff. Pay. Or you can get it all today by 4pm. For $340 Just BAD BAD BAD 127 pre move FEE what a Joke. They didn't fix anything. With there comment. Still terrible service BEWARE SCAM
