Used to be a 4 star place until they doubled the rent! The rent used to be about $70 a month and now it's $150. Nothing was added or improved, they just got greedy.

When I got to my storage unit that they assigned me, there was no lock on it. Inside was someone else's stuff. I called the unit and in 10 minutes they got me a new storage unit close by and I was ready to go. I appreciate that they valued my time and got it done quickly.
