Good customer service very nice and helpful
I was pleased to find this storage unit for my Dickinson College student in that it was climate controlled, readily accessible to the college and had the smaller 5 x 5 units. And it did not charge an "administrative fee" as other storage facilities did. However, I was NOT pleased that there was not the option to self insure my students minimal belongings. I am paying a ridiculous price for monthly "rental Insurance" and it was NOT optional.
