I enjoyed the service from both sparefoot and the storage facility! Customer service was amazing and the price was right where I wanted it to be. The unit was ready for move in and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with my new unit!

I needed to switch from a small unit to a larger one. The agent was soooooo nice and helpful. I had prepaid my small unit so she transferred my balance to the new unit, took care of the paperwork and generally got everything taken care of in no time at all. Prices are high everywhere but the facility is clean and secure and customer service could not have been better. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier.

Placed my reservation from information on-line - the store manager called me back and confirmed everything - have great text with all the information I needed - went to secure my load and found the 10 x 10 without any problem - the key was inside the storage shed - there was a light inside which really helped because I often use my storage shed at night. So everything was done without contact. Security when entering and leaving.

Easy reservation process, convenient payment options, simplified move in. The only thing that would be more helpful would be better numbering for each building (not the individual units, just the buildings themselves).
