This is my first time ever getting a storage unit. The process was so quick and easy. When we got to our unit to start moving things in I was pleasantly suprised to see carts to use for free for our convince. The building the unit is in was clean, well lit and had easy to follow signs so our unit was found quickly. Unit is competitivly priced. This has been a great expirance so far. I am very pleased with my decision to rent from Public Storage.
I did online reservation and check in, which was super easy, and I used the app to access my unit, also terrific. The person I spoke to when I had a question was super nice and helpful. The unit was clean, felt safe, but was easy to access as well. Very happy with my decision.

This facility is very clean, had no trouble getting signed up online. They sent me a text the day before move in, of what I needed to know to get in the gate and then into the unit. I would recommend this storage facility.
