I've had my storage at Corby Dr.for awhile now. It sits away in a gully, away from the hustle and bustle, next to a habitat. The Manager : ( Paula ) Has ALWAYS been there to help me in my needs, questions, concerns, and me being disgruntful at corporate. I really don't like paying over the net, so Paula always makes sure to be there at specific time so I can pay directly... I always see her with a smile at me and other customers. If there is ever a problem, she's right on it trying to solve the problem. I always see her busy, and if I ever have a need to be taken care of, she stops what she is doing and helps out to her best of ability. After visiting with Paula, you know you are being taken care of... Call Corby Dr. Public storage, make an appointment, and she will help your every need... Top quality help... With a smile 😊

I had such a great experience with Public Storage, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Fred for making it all happen. From the start, he was honest, expressive, and incredibly easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured like I have in the past at other places—he really took the time to understand my needs and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was his patience and respect. He was attentive, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for—no gimmicks, no “too good to be true” pricing that turns into surprise add-ons later. Customer service like this is rare, and Fred truly went above and beyond. If I were to recommend any storage company, it would most definitely be Public Storage. Thank you, Fred!!!

I had zero issues while renting my unit at this location until my move out. I put in my notice through the app as instructed and had my unit cleaned out over the weekend. A couple weeks later I received a phone call stating that I owed them rent and I was confused as I had already emptied my unit before the 1st of the month. I was told that because their office was closed on the 1st that they did not get my move-out notice until the 2nd when they reopened therefore telling me I still had to pay for another month. After informing them that my unit was cleaned out and emptied in a timely manner, and they could verify that on camera and by the time stamps of when my code was used , they ended up charging me for a month worth of rent for an empty unit. keep that in mind while renting with them other than that, everything was great, but I will not be returning just for this specific reason

I had a very positive experience at Public Storage! I found the online process to be confusing and murky, so going into the office and working with Fred was much easier! Fred found my reservation online and then gave me a tour of both the storage unit I had originally selected as well as another option when that size didn't seem right. Fred walked me through the different options, costs, etc. and we found the perfect storage unit that was the exact right size and location! It's such a relief to have this settled prior to our moving date this week.
