The service is good. Clean environment. Safe area too.
At the Public Storage location just off of 217 and Allen Boulevard, the business has the normal essentials a public storage place should have. I feel perfectly safe having my belongings stored there. The biggest five star rating for this place is the main office person, named Robin***. He is A professional, Handles all the business works with knowledge and courtesy. I've been to some storage places and the person you have to deal with to get your storage unit etc., or sketchy to say the least... Thank you Robin*** you're the best!
I like them and they were very nice
Kimberlie did a great job solving a problem with a broken lock on the unit I wanted so I could move my stuff in right away. Otherwise I would have had to leave and come back the next day. She also worked through some obvious math errors on my initial contract that the computer program was causing somehow. Overall, great service. Tiffany showed me two places the night before, at the end of the day, and arranged to hold the one I wanted for the next day. Charity at the Corby facility called me and referred me to Allen Blvd when she found that they had a unit size that I was looking for. Corby did not have one and I was on their wait list. Overall, everyone got the job done to get me in there quickly. No reason to look anywhere else.
Robin, the mgr, was so helpful arranging for the space and helping with the movers. Couldn't have done it as easy without him!
