Fast and convenient. Only problem was construction was being done next to my unit. So some dirt was able to creep through but other than that. I felt my items were safe and secure. Great storage facility.

Had difficulty finding the unit I was renting and had to call someone to assist. They sent PDF so I was able to find it. There was a door within a few feet from my unit that was non-operational. Made moving in a lot more difficult due to the long trek to the unit from a different door.

Time will always tell for now it seems like a decent place

Not aware it change from previous owners and cut my access to my unit since my autopay didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t transfer to new owners. I wish they would have given me a call or emailed me about it. I use the storage daily for my personal business which also cause me delay on my daily customer service. Other than that units are always clean and prices are fair.

Hi neighbors, I’ve rented from SpareBox on 23rd & Sarah since July 2022. At one point I had two units—one outdoor and one climate-controlled. Beyond the constant rent hikes every 3–6 months, what concerns me most is that both of my units have now been broken into. March: My outdoor unit was hit. July: My climate-controlled unit was broken into. SpareBox told me they filed a police report but haven’t heard anything back. They also told me I should file my own, so I plan to submit a non-emergency report to ensure my units were actually included and to follow up myself. What I don’t understand is: SpareBox has cameras, so why can’t they identify who’s breaking in? Why would one of my units be hit in March, and then a different one in July? Why are only certain units being targeted instead of all? I’m sharing this so others know what they’re getting into if they choose to rent here. This site is not secure—and on top of that, they keep hiking up prices.
