Friendly staff, easy learning everything.
Customer service is kinda hard to navigate but the move in was good and the price is nice.
n line add said buy 1 month get 1 free but i only got half a month still had to pay almost $70 then on 01/01/2023 my card was charged $94.00 i have been arguing with them since over it. Still dont have access to my unit cant get in gate and the employee in office are no help. I rented on 12/16/2022 and havent had access to my unit or gate since
I rented a 10x10 unit on 2/21/24 and filled it maybe half way, and when I returned on Sat 2/24 found a different lock on my unit. Management cut it off and found everything in disarray and obviously belongings stolen. The security cameras had been spray painted. No one was working on Fri due to staff shortages and the exit gate was left open the entire time I was there, even after hours on Weds.
