Just what I was looking for!
I loved the pay online and get straight into the unit option. Made it easy to move in after office hours! I needed 24 hour access due to my schedule which they had. The price was great for the size of the unit. Only issue was I got to the unit Friday evening , had a combination they sent me to unlock their lock on the unit, but the combination did not work. It was for a different lock and when I called the number to get assistance I never got an answer back. The office hours are by appointment only. I will find out on Monday if I will be charged $25 for cutting the lock to gain entry to my unit.

This place is a scam. You make your rental purchase online before you can enter the facility. Once inside it’s an absolute disgusting mess. To think anyone would want to store their valuables in such filth is beyond understanding. You can not reach them in any way. They have an answering service that sends and automatic message once you get the pre recorded automated massage. I’ve called, left messages and emailed several times over the past few days with no response. It is disgraceful to take advantage of people this way. I just want my money back. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE SPACE FROM THIS PROPERTY!
Toya MilesNot a manned facility the back fence easily accessible to get through. I did not feel comfortable with my trailer there. The outside parking for trailers wasn't labeled. Ive been calling and email since Feb 17 and no one has called me back. I have requested my refund as well as cancelation. Almost a month later and still nothing
Jene' OlssonOur son rented this place online. When we arrived, it was not cleaned out at all from the previous tenants--even feces on the floor and Black recluse spiders in there! We tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone to no avail. We are moving to another storage facility nearby that will pick up their phone and give you information! Only rent here if you don't mind "no communication and a very dirty space"! That does not work for this family!
Ryan AndersonI would not suggest using this self storage place. I've heard of many people getting things stolen from there units and was told that homeless people live in some of the units. I used to keep my travel trailer here until it was stolen from the storage lot. They took a lot of time to send the video to the police and the police said the quality of video was not good enough even though my travel trailer was parked right in front of the camera. I wouldn't recommend primo self storage unless you want to get your things stolen and never be able to recover or get compensated for your things.
Emily WeiherWould definitely recommend Primo! I researched a multitude of storage facilities in NW/central OKC before choosing Primo. Kindest customer service - Dylan was a pleasure to work with. I only needed to store about a small apartment’s worth of stuff for a while, but was surprised with the amount of different storage unit sizes they had to offer. Decent security cameras and great price too.
