Great service, clean unit
Friendly service and very accommodating making sure the storage unit I reserved would be enough space. Storage unit is well built with a good secure door on it and was very clean inside.

I’ve been renting here for about a year and I am DONE. My first issue was the Saturday I found a lock of theirs on my door when I had paid my rent unit on time that month. I was furious. I drove all the way up to Edmond, the office was closed and I could not access my things. Just this past weekend I drove up to get my Christmas decorations, and the entire lane is blocked off for construction. I still paid my rent this month!! They didn’t send any warning email, no communication to me about my unit being inaccessible whatsoever. I am done with this business. It’s very poorly managed and the late fees are unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.

I'm not sure I need storage just yet, but if I do I'll definitely consider this place!
R OManager is great, location great. Three stars due to this reason only;as much money that is being brought in and yet so difficult to access the storage due to the massive pot holes. And not just on one aisle. Should they repair more than happy to update my review
