We all have a lot of options when it comes to choosing a storage facility. Location, price and how well a unit is maintained is super important but equally important, if not more, is the staff who is running the location and Alicia, the manager at the Classen location is by far the best I've worked with in awhile. She's the main reason we chose this location after many phone calls inquiring about the units. She was not only professional but empathetic to our needs. She took the time to explain to us in a clear and concise manner what our options were, took the time to how us various size units available and there was zero pressure. We felt 100% comfortable with her and she was a breeze to work with. In addition, we searched a lot of different companies and Sunshine matched our price every single time. You will not be disappointed by going with Sunshine Storage on Classen.

I had talked to Daisy a couple of times about renting a storage for daughter for the summer while back home in California. She was super helpful with suggestions and tips for renting. Sunshine has a few locations in Norman but we really wanted to rent one at their Classen location since it is the closest to OU. We finally met with Daisy this week and secured our storage unit with her for the summer. She was nice enough to show us the unit to make sure it was adequate enough for what we needed it for. We signed all the paper work which was super fast and easy. Would definitely recommend Sunshine Storage in Norman, OK.

I am an old Sunshine Storage customer, so when I decided I needed temperature control I went to their Classen site. After some fiddling with the web site, everything was very smooth, and the office people were very helpful. My new site is clean, well lit, cool and easily accessible.
