Great experience. Moving in was easy and Gene is very friendly! I was moving in on a Sunday and he was very accommodating and made sure that everything went smoothly.

Gene had me in and out in no time. All my questions were answered. Friendly and helpful.

Gene was very friendly, great customer service provided. Immediately made me feel welcome and happy about renting a storage unit from this facility!

Mr. Gene went above and beyond with his excellent customer service skills. He worked with me on getting into the correct size unit that I needed and helped fix all the technical issues that I was having. He made sure my reservation was established and the correct follow through process was outstanding. He gave me a tour of the property and gave updates on the new gate hours. I would only say we should have checked to make sure the light bulbs were good, as the lights werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working when we downloaded my household goods.

The facility looks a little rough when you drive by however, looks are deceiving. Onsite manager makes it a point to know his people. The Facility is clean. Manager and his wife keep the grounds well kept and when I signed up I got Insurance and a Lock without running to the store. Come on! They have Uhaul rentals and supplies and it's everything you need in a storage facility without having to go too far.
