My grandma was moving and I was helping her (I’ve never moved someone myself before) We had some trouble with opening the gate and struggled finding our own information, but he helped us find our information. we eventually found our info and we were able to get in! We had been really stressed but he was so kind and calm, and so patient, it meant a lot. He told us where to go, and once we had gotten to the unit, he even came all the way out to make sure we had found it! He was so so kind, and it made so much of a difference despite the stress of moving. Thank you so much Mr. Dan! You made our day and your kindness goes so far!
